My gear came back in the same condition as I sent it out in so complaints there. His friend who picked up and dropped off the lens called me at pick-up to let me know he would be 10 minutes, an hour later he arrived. On the return day I was contacted at 7pm and told the lens could be delivered that evening. I told him anytime before 10pm was fine. The lens was delivered the next day around noon. I’m going to mark my experience as positive since I really love what ShareGrid is doing, my gear is not damaged, and I know how hard it can be when as a producer you’re relying on others to do tasks in a timely manner.
